Material and Finish
Printed on Acrylic
Each restored photograph is reverse-printed onto acrylic, also known as Perspex or Plexiglas, so the image is viewed through the panel itself. It is printed in high resolution with UV-cured inks onto the back of the sheet, then sealed with an opaque white layer so the tones stay dense and true.
Acrylic carries light rather than absorbing it. Light refracts through the panel and lifts the image forward, deepening the colour and giving the picture a quiet three-dimensional presence. It is well suited to archival views, where the detail lives in the contrast. The face is high gloss, hard wearing, blocks UV radiation and wipes clean.

Ready to Hang
Every print arrives with its mount already fitted. There is no separate frame, and the panel floats 25 mm clear of the wall so the image reads as an object rather than a picture behind glass.
