Shipping Policy

All prints ship from South Africa. We currently ship within South Africa only — international shipping is not offered yet.

1. Production time (made on demand)

Each print is produced after you order it. Allow 7–14 business days of production before your order is dispatched. This is separate from, and in addition to, the courier time below.

2. Delivery times

• South Africa (courier): [X–Y business days] after dispatch.
• International: not currently offered. If your delivery address is outside South Africa, please write to support@jamaalprints.store before ordering.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Should international shipping be introduced in future, any customs or import duties will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be included in the price or shipping cost.

4. Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email once dispatched.

5. Lost parcels

If your tracking has not moved, or a parcel seems lost, email support@jamaalprints.store with your order number. We will trace it with the courier and, if it is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
